I went to visit my good friend Vic at the end of the week at Dean Clough, you know to sort things for the new show, anyway he has now brought the show forward to the 22nd June and it will be on for one week only so diary that and see you there 12 til 2pm .

We had a bit of fun, we had a bit of cake, even had a giggle with Doug over a tea, what a fine painter he is, below one of Doug Binder's classics (well my five anyway)

Vic was on form as you can see going with a pirate theme

Phil below was kind enough to take me and then was quite taken with this small Lego sculpture

One of the biggest around and that's just Phil!

I had a argument with a bunny!

But the most exciting thing for me was the room they've chosen for my new work, it's fantasticly grand and most elegant and will show off my work in such a setting that you can only see them to their best advantage!

Fun was had last night for the start of my birthday weekend balloon dog amusement (thanks to Miss Julie Miles) peeps below after to much pale ale

I had a sooper dooper time and the food was Ace, got the painting done for the Chelsea arts club also so that's now off in the post

title: I can't blab such blibber blubber

And I'm now off for a birthday camp, the sun will come out tomorrow, just you wait an see!

Hello yes we've had good news on the venue front, Vic Allen from the Dean Clough gallery heard my sad news (Sylvia won't be exhibited in Heptonstall church) and has found me a slot in the gallery HURRAH!

Me...laughing my head off at that Vicar!

My new works will go on display this July and that's great news as I have just one more to do but believe me it will be a big bugger so no dout it'll take me from now till then, well, to get it dry and all.

So I probably should be concentrating on my new small canvas for the Chelsea Arts Club annual charity do which has to be sent no later than Saturday (it is so close to be finished), but I've a new frock to wear  (before going camping this Saturday) for the super new coffee shop/Wine bar The Green Chimney, Colne, it will be the biggest brightest Artist hang out this coming Friday as I'm the birthday girl and that's the hot spot for the celebrations, come along if you know me, more the merrier and merry we shall be!

Thanks but no thanks!

Bad news from the house of god, the vicar has come back from his holidays and banned the Sylvia Plath paintings from the church! The poster was already done and people were already invited but hey ho they say he  (GOD) works in mysterious ways so a better venue will come along for the first viewing?

Below...Monteee the studio technician.......

I have just finished the 5th and now on no.6 "Lady Lazarus" my finale piece of the set
